Information Desk: The IUA Information Desk staff is available to assist with meeting information, translation services, and IUA memberships, as well as emergencies and Lost and Found. An International Services Desk will be co-located with the Information Desk above to assist our international attendees with any specific needs or questions they might have. Several translators will be available at this location as well as throughout the Annual Meeting events.

Location of Sessions: All session locations and durations can be found in the programs-at-a-Glance book included your Annual Meeting bag.
Phones: Public telephones are available throughout all Annual Meeting venues. Mobile/cellular telephone usage is permitted throughout the Annual Meeting venues. However, please take care to mute your telephone during events, and do not use phone cameras to take photographs during events. Thank you.
Arrivals at Airport/Travel into city: Most Annual Meeting attendees will arrive in Tehran at the Imam Khomeini International airports. An airport shuttle is also available from the airports to the IUA Official Hotels at approximately $65 one-way trip.
Downtown Tehran is approximately 40 Km from Imam Khomeini International Airport. The trip by taxi can take up to two hour during peak traffic periods. At other times of day the journey typically takes approximately one hour.
IUA Shuttle Service: during the Meeting, IUA will provide shuttle transportation between all of the IUA official hotels and Shahid Beheshti International Conference Center
Mobile & Exchange Services: We Provide simcard for credit cell phones as well as foreign currency exchange at the pavilion of the congress
Access to the session rooms: Seating is regulated on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend you go to the session room well in advance of the session. Due to safety regulations, the organizers will close the access to the session if all seats are taken. Foods and drinks are not allowed. At the entrance door your congress ID will be scanned.
